Ascension tuna

A customer, Scott Amos, placed an on-line order a while back and chose an expedited overnight shipping rate.  The cost was quite a bit more than a regular shipping method so we gave him a ring just to be sure he really needed it ASAP.  Turns out he was on his way to Ascension Island and needed the gear to make the connection.

Well it looks like the gear made it and he had a great trip!

"I was making good progress with the fighting clip on that hybrid line. The fish was putting some serious pressure on the line but the gear makes it easier to deal with. The initial ride was also nice when holding onto the rear handle of the float".   Scott Amos

"I see you are also concerned with the culinary side also. We gave some fish to the locals on the pier and in Ascension they would also request if they could have the "poke" (stomach) of the fish along with the liver, heart and also the swim bladder. They cut it into strips like noodles and pan fry it with the organs. The bladder they chop and pan fry with chopped onions and garlic." Scott Amos

We are stoked the gear worked as it was designed and you had a great trip Scott.  Thank you for your support.
